Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data E-mailsending ("we") processes when you use the E-mailsending platform (e-mailsending.com, app.e-mailsending.com and api.e-mailsending.com), why we process it and how long we keep it.

Two roles

• Your account data: for the information about you and your users, we are the data controller.
• Your recipients' data: for the email addresses, names and message content you send through the platform, you are the data controller and we process this data on your behalf, only to deliver your email and report the results to you.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, company name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), language preference and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier and verified email address.
• Technical data: IP address at sign-up and sign-in, sign-in times and a record of important account actions (audit log), used for security and abuse prevention.
• Sending data: recipient addresses and names, sender address, subject, message content and attachments, and delivery events (delivered, bounced, complaint, opened, clicked) with the receiving server's response.
• Billing data: your plan, balance history and payments. For USDT payments we store the transaction ID, the sending wallet address and the amount, which are public on the TRON blockchain. We never ask for or store wallet keys.

Why we use it

• To provide the service: deliver your email, show delivery logs and statistics, manage your credits and plan.
• To protect deliverability and prevent abuse: detect spam, maintain suppression lists of addresses that bounced or complained, and suspend accounts that break the terms of use.
• To send service email: account verification, password reset, billing and important service notices. We do not send you marketing email without your consent.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping billing records.

How long we keep it

• Message content is held only until delivery is complete and is not stored afterwards.
• Per-recipient delivery logs are visible in your panel for 7 days, then moved to an encrypted archive kept for up to 24 months for abuse investigations and suppression list maintenance, and then deleted.
• Activity statistics (daily counts without recipient addresses) are kept for as long as your account exists.
• Suppression lists (addresses that hard-bounced, complained or unsubscribed) are kept so that these addresses are not emailed again.
• Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example billing records).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use the following service providers, only as needed to run the service:

• Contabo GmbH (servers, data centres in the European Union)
• Cloudflare, Inc. (network security and traffic delivery)
• Google LLC (only if you choose to sign in with Google)
• TronGrid (TRON network data service; used only to read incoming payments to our wallet)
• Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the sign-up form)

When you send email, your messages are of course delivered to the recipients' mail providers. We may disclose data to authorities where we are legally required to.

Cookies

The panel uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms (session and security cookies). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies in the panel.

Security

Connections are encrypted (TLS). Passwords, API keys and SMTP passwords are stored as one-way hashes; DKIM private keys are stored encrypted. Access to servers is restricted and logged.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. If you are a recipient of an email sent through our platform, please contact the sender first; we will help them respond.
