E-mailsending

Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-10-15

These terms apply to your use of the E-mailsending platform provided by E-mailsending ("we"). By creating an account, you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Your account

Permitted use

You may send only email that your recipients have asked for or agreed to receive. In particular, you must not:

You are responsible for complying with the anti-spam and data protection laws that apply to your email (for example GDPR, KVKK, CAN-SPAM and Turkey's commercial electronic message rules).

Protecting deliverability

All customers share our sending reputation, so we monitor bounce and complaint rates. If your rates are too high or we detect abuse, we may pause sending, stop a campaign or suspend your account, where possible after notifying you. Addresses that hard-bounce, complain or unsubscribe are added to your suppression list and are not emailed again.

Plans and credits

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and to deliver email reliably, but we cannot guarantee that every message will be accepted or placed in the inbox by recipients' providers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Data is then kept and deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We will notify you of significant changes to these terms by email or in the panel before they take effect. Questions: [email protected]. Abuse reports: [email protected].
